Role Objectives: Responsible for leading key projects from an account and project management standpoint

Client Relationship Management
- Be a partner to your clients, understanding their business challenges and needs, creating trust, ensuring they’re receptive to our work
- Advocate the agency’s point of view and help sell through the work
- Nurture superior client relationships
Account/Project Management:
- Lead multiple projects across strategic, creative and marketing deliverables, ensuring a high-quality output that is also on-time, on-budget and within scope
- Responsible for creating the project plan for your specific accounts with consultation from creative, strategy, operations and then executing on that plan
- Work closely/partner with the strategy and creative teammates to achieve account goals
- Manage expectations — both internally and externally — through regular communication, well defined schedule, check-ins, clearly defined next steps
- Lead client meetings with clear agendas, next steps, and other action items
- Easily manage SOW, account financials, account progress, client information, contact reports, client reports, and other supporting documentation for multiple clients
- Partner with the operations team on tactical/technical aspects of the work to ensure projects meet deadlines, budgets, contracts and other stated/expected expectations
- Provide appropriate information to key team members and the operations team to ensure Partner Firms are secured and deadlines can be met
- Work directly with CO OP partners and/or Relationship Leads within the agency to provide outstanding client and project management
- Work closely with the other Account Leads and Operations to manage project resourcing and capacity efficiently and effectively
Business Development
- When needed, work closely with the Business Development team on pitches, RFP responses, proposals, opportunities
- Identify new business opportunities / carve out future budgets with our current roster of clients
Production Management
- Plan and organize production schedules
- Assess project and resource requirements
- Source, estimate, negotiate and agree upon scope, budget, talent, materials, locations and timescales with vendors and clients
- Oversee production process
Finance/ Profitability
- Update Business Forecast & Harvest Forecast tools for weekly meetings
- Work with COO, Account Leads and Partners for up to date, accurate and complete hourly resource allocations for entry into Harvest Forecast
- Manage project to hit profitability targets/Rec Rev Forecasts
- Work closely with the finance department to ensure that invoices are being issued accurately and in accordance with the Service Agreement Invoicing Schedule
- Work closely with the COO to make sure projects are running efficiently and COGS are kept within targets
- Stay of top of collections, flagging when there is an issue with payment
- Keep projects on track from a timing standpoint; delays negatively affect our profitability
Qualifications & Required Skills
- At least 7+ years experience running multiple projects in branding communications, design, media, advertising or marketing, ideally in an agency setting
- Hospitality, Destination, Health & Wellness, Technology, Entertainment or Real Estate experience highly preferred
- A willingness to contribute to strategic and creative work throughout the process
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence at all levels
- Creative, dynamic, entrepreneurial mind-set who loves to jump in and solve issues
- Incredibly organized and prepared with excellent attention to detail
- A natural leader, comfortable leading meetings, presentations and teams
